Zephyr

A gift for the very lovely =melyanna in return for the beautiful drow she drew me [link] .

I know I said I'd never draw feathered wings again... ah well, I'm a big fat liar! (they are also alarmingly anime-like... ) I've really had the urge over the last few days to draw an avariel elf - I also wanted to colour traditionally again because it feels like ages since I last got my pencils out and I don't want to get totally out of practice!

I used this stock [link] from *auralis-stock for the basic pose.

Started sketching at about 1pm and finished colouring at around 9pm... so about 8 hours work, give or take (minus time to eat and set up new TV - yay, we have widescreen at last!! )
